During the two weeks of Camp Whitewater, directors, counselors, and even campers will take pictures and/or videos. This form allows Camp Whitewater to use pictures and/or videos of you for advertising purposes in written materials and on the Camp Whitewater webpage. Please note there are two forms: one for those under 18 years of age and one for those over 18 years of age.
